My Mission

My role is to guide you to your understanding, your version of wellbeing. We will work collaboratively to design a lifestyle, a relationship to food & body and a mindset which reflects who you truly are and how you want to experience your life. Wherever we start from, whether it’s issues with body image and diet, low motivation or maybe imbalanced hormones, I will be with you step by step on the journey towards your personal goals.

About Me

Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m your one-stop-shop for all things wellbeing. My passion for health and for learning what we really need to thrive, what really works, has led me through many years of training and experience to allow me to offer my clients fully holistic and effective support.

My coaching style is empathetic, creative and goal oriented.
